Skiing & snowboarding
Ski Dubai – This is the home to five slopes to suit all skill levels, from gentle beginner slopes to world’s first indoor ‘black’ run. The slope has both chair lifts and tow lifts with a well-stocked retail shop selling skis, boards and clothing.
Desert & mountain safaris
Full day safari – This includes a visit to the traditional Bedouin villages and camel farms in the desert. Most tours also visit Fossil Rock and the mesmerizing Hajar Mountains, the highest in the UAE.

BurJuman Centre – The outlets within the mall are a mixture of clothing, electronics, home decor and sports goods. BurJuman often hosts exhibitions and organizes activities for the Dubai Shopping Festival and Dubai Summer Surprieses.
Mall of the Emirates – This is a big one and its recommended that you carry a mall map as you walk in. There are over 400 outlets selling everything from forks to high fashion here. It also houses Ski Dubai, the indoor ski slope.
Souk Madinat Jumeirah – This souk is a celebration of traditional Middle-Eastern marketplace with its narrow alleyways and authentic architecture. There are more than 20 waterfront cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from as well.
Boulevard at The Emirates Towers – The boulevard houses some of Dubai’s most exclusive boutiques and popular restaurants and bars. This includes cartier, Gucci, Yves Saint laurant and Villa Moda, amongst others.
Wafi Mall – The mall is considered to be Dubai’s most exclusive one. Part of the larger Wafi City is built in the Egyptian theme with designer boutiques and high end brands. The distinctive building has three pyramids that form a part of the roof and a large stained glass window.
